PRIMED  PASTORS

We're not talking Schwartzenegger
here.

We're just talking about staying in
"halfway decent" shape.

Don't be fooled by the world.

Christian workers and pastors should not hoodwinded by what the world tells us about attaining fitness and health. The world's fad diets, trendy workout schemes, clubs, and beliefs about how our bodies operate lead to failure, weakness and sickness, making it easier for the enemy of our bodies to steal, kill, and destroy.

God designed our bodies to operate efficiently, and function well. Yes, we are all slightly different, but the goal is to operate at optimum efficiency in the body God gave each of us.

We're not trying to be bodybuilders here.  The goal is to operate in the body God gave you at your best level

What is your body type? And what would it look like if you had it operating at maximum efficiency? We want to help you find that answer.

The solution is engaging the body and mind the way we were designed to, and make sure we work that kind of fitness into our life.

The mind controls the body. The body strives towards homeostasis. The Spirit guides the mind.

Employing body, mind, and Spirit to become and maintain yourself as the person God designed you to be is the place where you will find maximum effectiveness in your ministry.

And you can do it all in 20 minutes each morning.
Let me show you how.

Pastors need to conserve their time, stay fit, and have energy to fulfill their mission.
